Hello, I’m wondering how to set up the Financial Period Close Workspace if a role is absent. As I know, there can be only one person per role. But what happens if the user who is the task closer is absent? Is it possible to have multiple roles to close a task?

Hi,

It is possible to edit the task and change the user who should complete the task. Besides, if the task is completed, another person can also mark the task as complete.

So the only solution is to transfer the closing role resposibility to other resources but not have multiple roles in one closing task?
