Batch job for automatic posting of approved timesheets

Hi. We have enabled automatic posting of approved timesheets. However, now there are two approved timesheets that haven't been posted, for no obvious reason.

What is the batch job that is being used to process this called? I want to investigate if there have been any errors in the batch job history

Post all approved timesheets is the name, you can check.

No, there is no batch job with that name. Neither is there any batch job containing the word "timesheet"

Hi @Gaute K

Auto posting of timesheet works for time sheet approved after enabling this functionality.

If there is any timesheet approved before enabling this functionality, it will not post that timesheet.

I would suggest posting it manually, if there is any validation error you will find it while posting.

Hi Gaute,

Next to the replies below, the automatic posting will create a batch task per timesheet once they get approved. In case you have non-posted timesheets, these batch tasks ended in an error. This can have various reasons, like blocked ledger periods, missing dimensions and more. You can try to manually post them and check for possible errors to learn more why they were not posted.

Anyway, I would suggest setting up a procedure to monitor for the timesheets that not get posted automatically. In my experience, this can happen more often.
