web service can't start in NAV 2009

after start the nav service successfully, we meet the new issue about web service startup.

We can use the Local admin account to start the NAV service and NAV web service. But Domain user account is not working for NAV webservice, But it`s working for NAV service.

Check you have firewall on or you have another service using the same port. According to the error description I feel there is another process which use the same port you have assigned to the webservice.

Did you make sure the same webservice port is not being by another service?
