Portal field set value change after record submit

Hello All,

I am facing issue on Submit when creating lead record in portal i have two option(yes/no) field on form which radio on portal

and on click of Submit a lead(OOB) button or Create(OOB) button  i set that field value to "Yes" by jquery on load of form.

But after submit the reocrd when i view that record then it's set to "No" which it's default value same in dynamics

Note:I set that field(two option) read only in dynamics but when i make that field not read only then it's show correct value..

Can any one help where am i doing wrong ?

    We highly recommend users to migrate to PowerUsers community for new Portal questions:

    powerusers.microsoft.com/.../PowerAppsPortals

    ------------

    When a field is set as read-only in Dynamics, it will be ignored on the submit of a Portals form, this is the expected behavior

    What you can do here, is setting it as Read-Only via JavaScript before setting the value
