I currently using Dynamics AX 2012, when I create new product in Product Information management-->Common-->Products-->All products and product masters module. Then I double clicked on this newly created product in list page, it open other product details form instead of this newly created product.
But if I create the new product in Product Information management-->Common-->Products-->Products module, it can be edited and don't have above problem.
Can you please tell me what wrong in here?

If only one user complaints then try to reset his/her usage data.
There is no guarantee that this fixes the issue but I think it is worth a test.

Is only one user/PC affected by this issue or all?
If all are affected, check the available hotfixes on LCS. If you cannot find one, open a support request with Microsoft.

This thing very strange! We installed AX 2012 client and AOS in the server don't have issue. Their kernel version is 6.2.1000.4051 and Application version is 6.2.158.0.
Then we installed AX 2012 client directly in user PC or laptop, it has this issue. And it version is kernel version 6.2.3000.110 and Application version 6.2.158.0. And the user PC only installed client and don't have other installation like AOS or database.
Hence its not relate to customization issue. So can you help me what really go wrong in here?

I believe there is no issue on the AX standard system. Please check is there any customization is done in the product details page or developer need to debug.
