initial CDS synchronization

Is there a way to resync the talent environment with CDS? I can't access the associated CDS environment for my Talent instance. I found that the inital Sync didn't complete (error in batch, see screenshot).

    You should be able to set the job status back to waiting.  Then after about 5 minutes it should start executing again.
