Hello,
I have followed below article to add default dimension fields in excel template and achieved to add same. Though lookup are appearing blank for all dimensions fields.

Worked automatically after performing build for dimensions model and db sync
Hi,
It worked after building dimensions model and db sync in Dev and Test servers (tier 1). But in UAT and Production look up is still not coming. Any other changes are required specifically for UAT/Production environment for this case.
Facing same issue. working in DEV but not in UAT /PROD.. did you find any fix for that?
