Hi,
How to add attachments in Email sent using quick campaigns in CRM 2106 on premise
Couldn't find any attachment option while composing email using quick campaigns.
You can create an Email template from Settings > Service Management > Email Templates.
Add the attachment into the template.
Create the quick campaign with the email template.

Our users don't want to use Email template. As this is a additional process instead of composing email directly in quick campaign editor.
It is a known issue but it's not fixed yet.

You can also post your proposal on the Ideas forum to drive this issue forward.
We want to send the required document as a Hyper link in our CRM 2106 on premise environment, after uploading it to our public FTP, as our documents wont change frequently.
But this is still not a convenient approach. Compared to directly allowing attachment option.
If the problem is urgent, it is recommended to create a ticket for MS to facilitate the solution.
