I can't access Admin Center with my personal account

I created a trial environment with my email address and I can't access the admin centre to mange my environments.
 
I read another post ,and the MS agent says we should receive adm credentials by email after creating the trail. However, I received the email from MS with my trial details, but no adm credentials were there.
