How to View Custom User outlook Off-line Synchronization Filters in Outlook?

I have programatically created several Outlook Off-line User Synchronization Rules and distributed them using the XRM Toolbox. What I intend to do i s to show/take a look at these filters through the Outlook Interface. Just how do I get to view these User Synchronization Rules in Outlook? Especially for Users who will also want to look at these Oflline Sync Rules on their own.
