What do you suggest when workflow of an organisation becoming very complex.
Management users who does not need to be active on the Dynamics tooling. Do they require license too just for approval?

In this case, the ideal is to use the workflows of power autome. In this case, you would not have more willingness to organize your flows with greater impact and involve certain processes outside of central business, and your approvers do not necessarily have to have a central business license.
