Hi,
I currently have a few Duplicate Detection Rules (5 published) for my Account entity and all of them are working fine except for one. The problematic rule is triggering the Duplicate Detection pop up but neither the updated record not the potential duplicate records are showing. I've checked that the appropriate security role has read permissions for 'Duplicate Detection Rule' and for the correct Duplicate Detection Settings and everything seems to be set correctly. I've also tried unpublishing and publishing the rule but that doesn't change anything.
The strange thing is that the rule will work in a Unified Interface instance but not in my non-UCI instance. Any suggestions?

Hi there, past days this behavior has been reported and a deployment with adjustments on Duplicate detection feature started to be applied in all regions during November month, I would suggest to monitor during these days and also try to refresh the cache (crtl + f5 or ctrl+r) . Please consider to have a ticket with Support to track the issue.
