Menu item extensions removed by the code upgrade tool from 7.2 to 7.3

Hello

After running the code upgrade tool from 7.2 PU11 to 7.3 PU12, we've noticed the menu item extension folders (AxMenuItemDisplayExtension, AxMenuItemOutputExtension and AxMenuItemActionExtension) have been removed from the upgraded branch in VSTS.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any experience or workaround for this would be very appreciated.

    I realize this is a somewhat old thread, but we're currently looking at this. If you run into this issue, since it's all in source control you can just rollback the delete on those extension XML files in VSTS.
