Issues with forecast "Flow" chart

Hi everyone,

I enabled the enhanced forecasting functionalities including the daily snapshots. I already have 5 snapshots and I can see them in the snapshot history (including their underlying records) as well as in the "Trend" chart. However I am not able able to see them in the "Flow" chart. The system displays the following error message "An error has occurred. Try reloading the page. If the problem persists contact a system administrator." The problem is that I happen to be the system admin

Does anyone know what the problem could be? I already checked licenses and security roles.

Thank you,

Arianna

    Hello Haig Liu,

thank you very much for your reply, however I've already checked all the described forecast issues and none of them applies to my case.

    Best regards,
