Add filter report- How to rename lists in Option fields

Hi,

In a outstanding PO summary page , there is a Filter option and when I click that input report is displayed with options for me to filter: i.e show results and Limit totals to. In the show totals label I normally add a filter and I selected a filed option. My point is I want to rename one of the items in the list. How do I do that in the development Environment. I changed the optionString in the purchase Line table and page but these changed the data not the filter option. Any idea is appreciated.

Have you modified the OptionCaption and OptionCaptionML as well? Can you publish a screenshot so we can better understand your need?

You need to go to that particular Purchase Line Table > Select that particular Field > Shift F4 (Field Properties) > Caption - Here you can change the caption as per your need.

Pl. note that, this will also change the caption in the related screens (pages) as well.
