Hello Guys,
I have created a Sales order confirmation Business event, contract, and event handler classes.
And I have set up a flow with its instance and events.
Then when I confirm a SO, it keeps showing "Document NO:XXXX - service not enabled" error every time.
Also, it doesn't trigger the flow at all.
But when I set up flows for the Standard entity and runs the process, it triggered the flow.
Please advise how to resolve this error and trigger the flow for custom Business events.

Have you verified if it works without your custom business event? Probably it is due to another setting? Otherwise, try to debug this scenario or share details what exactly you have done.
