Can anyone advise which securities are needed for users to enable them to upload an image to the notes section of the timeline of a case.
I have administrator securities and can load fine and view but users look not to have the correct securities to allow even though the icon is shown to them to allow.
Users just see a the below for any i have loaded.
where as i get the below and the actual image.
