i am having a "redundant & common issue" everytime
At one of my clients, we make a use of Enterprise Portal where user claims their expense via EP, users make attachments of different file types with expense reports as a part of their normal process.
However, when attaching a file type (in my case) “PDF” I was receiving an error “File overwrite is not allowed”. Some of my experienced developers suggested the below workaround to get rid of error message
May I know how to get permanent solution to this common RECURRING issue.
What is meaning of Free& Active Status List.Is it advisable to delete the Active record in Status lIst??

I have the same question (0)I don't understand how clearing a number sequence status list would have any impact on your problem. Does it really help you? Which number sequence is it? If it indeed is resolved by clearing the status list, I suggest you set that number sequence as non-continuous. That should solve the issue for good.
