Ship-to Code on Sales Order, address info. not pulled out

Hi,

I have an issue about the Ship-to Code on Sales Order. I have to create a Sales Order, and Shipping is International Shipping.

The default address is domestic, and when I change the Ship-to Code, the Ship-to City, and Ship-to Zip Code are not pulled out.

I checked the Ship-to Addresses List, those fields are filled. Can anyone explain it?

    By default, Ship-to Zip code and Ship-to City are filled with a default address. When you select the Ship-to Code, the system should change those default to the ones you have set in the new Ship-to Code. Do you mean that they stay filled with the same default?

    Thank you Alexander.  I mean when I change the Ship-to Code, the other fields, Ship-to City and Zip Code are not filled in.

    For Domestic Shipping,  when I change the Ship-to Code, all shipping information update.

    But for International Shipping, when change the Ship-to Code, those fields are changed to blank!

    For International Shipment, when change the Ship-to Code,

    The Ship-to Code, and Ship-to Name get filled.

    The Ship-to City , Ship-to State/Zip Code, Ship-to Zip Code, Ship-to Contact No., and Ship-to Contact are not filled.

    Where do you select "International Shipment"? Can you provide a screenshot of the page with this selection? Is it a customized field?

    each ship-to-code value is connected with a ship-to.address record. view the ship-to-address list for that customer (drop down), edit the specific ship-to-adress entry, where the zip and city for that ship-to-code value is not shown, check in the according card page, if these values (city, post code/zip) are filled out. i assume they are empty. set the correct values, try again.

    Hi, there is no customization on this area.

    International Shipment, I mean, the destination is another country. 

    When I change the Ship-to Code,  the rest fields are not filled.

    I have checked the Ship-to Address List. All addresses have city, zip code information.
