Hi,
I have an issue about the Ship-to Code on Sales Order. I have to create a Sales Order, and Shipping is International Shipping.
The default address is domestic, and when I change the Ship-to Code, the Ship-to City, and Ship-to Zip Code are not pulled out.
I checked the Ship-to Addresses List, those fields are filled. Can anyone explain it?

What build version are you using? There was a hotfix produced to resolve an identical issue to this (KB 2835670):

Symptoms:
"When you enter a Ship-to Address Code value on a sales order in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, the Post Code, City and County values are not transferred from the Ship-to Address card to the Ship-to Post Code field, the Ship-to City field and the Ship-to County field on the sales order. This problem only occurs if the Ship-to Country/Region Code value is already specified on the sales order and the value differs from the Country/Region Code value on the new ship-to address".

If you are not able to find any solution, better you arrange to get the code checked at
Ship-to Code - OnValidate() Trigger at Table 36 (Sales Header).
You would be able to find the solution immediately.
the city and zip code are the key codes of according records. check if there is a city record for tonawanda or if it was only set as text values. check the same for the zip code.
What version of NAV do you use (what country localization?) What if you do the following:
- clean NY from the State field;
- go to your sales order and delete shipping code from the order, put cursor on any other field; ship-to city should be then the same as in the customer card;
- repeat the selection of the shipping code TONAWANDA
- check if fields are filled
(another reason might be that initially the shipping address card was not filled, you selected that into your sales order, then you filled the shipping address card; just by re-selecting the shipping code would not result in updating the fields - you need to delete the shipping code and select it again in order to update the sales order with the new information from the shipping address card)
If this would not help, I would consider this as a bug of update fields and you need to escalate this to your support.
Can you also post a screenshot of the TONAWANDA shipping address card?

Hi, there is no customization on this area.
International Shipment, I mean, the destination is another country.
When I change the Ship-to Code, the rest fields are not filled.
each ship-to-code value is connected with a ship-to.address record. view the ship-to-address list for that customer (drop down), edit the specific ship-to-adress entry, where the zip and city for that ship-to-code value is not shown, check in the according card page, if these values (city, post code/zip) are filled out. i assume they are empty. set the correct values, try again.
