Can we add additional fields to DimCaseProperty on Customer Service Historical Analytics [Insights] report?

I need to apply filter bases on customer and also some custom fields let's say "case category". I dont see these fields under DimCaseProperty. How can I see these fields and also include custom fields?

    Hi partner，

    I think this is by design, when I try to add fields to this table, I get prompted that “This table doesn't allow creation”.
