Hi,
As of the 1st of January, Belgian intrastat declarations need to be done through a platform called "OneGate". Will there be a fix for this?
Thanks,
Regards,
Steven

hi,
follow msdn.microsoft.com/.../jj965984(v=nav.70).aspx
Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for your help, but the article is about the intrastat functionality "as is". But I am looking about an update for the new system, mandatory from the 1st of January.
This issue has already been escalated, and the reported planned date is 01/11/2014 - this may not be the final one though!
Hi Corina,
Our customers demand a date at which we can start rolling out the new objects.
I fail to understand that you respond on the 6th of November that the issue will be ready on the 1st of November 2014. Does this mean that the objects are already released?
If so, where can we download the objects?
If not, please provide us with an official release date.
Kind regards,
Paul Van Gampelaere
Hi Paul,
I will recheck with Dev and get back.
What is the NAV version you need it for?
Here is the response we have from DEV:
<<I am pleased to inform you that New procedure for submitting Intrastat returns for Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Belgium has been released. NAV 2009 SP1 was released through a FOB update, while NAV 2013, 2013 R2 and 2015 are going to be released through Cumulative Updates 20, 13 and 1 respectively (updates expected to be rolled out next week).
Overview
With effect from the returns relating to January 2015 data, Intrastat returns can only be submitted via the internet application OneGate. This application enables you to enter the data manually or to import data files in CSV or XML format. NAV has been modified to support the export of Intrastat returns in the XML format.

Please can you test and let me know if anything goes wrong?
Hello,
It seems there's a problem with the tag "From declarerType".
Apparently, it should look like <From declarerType="KBO0999999999"/> instead of <From declarerType="KBO"/>
Could this be checked ?
Hi Didier,
Thanks for reporting this!
It looks like this may be a bug, so please log a case with us - this will be escalated to the product team and they will fix it.
as this post is already old, I was wondering if there is already an official fix for 2009R2 for it.
Francis
