Enhancement Plan (EP) conversion to CSP offer, CRM/D365 Sales??

There is currently an offer for those with on-premises NAV/BC to migrate from Annual BREP/Enhancement Plan to a monthly CSP subscription license model at a reduced cost for up to 3 years. They buy CSP licenses up to the value of their BREP/12, then get free CSP licenses to bump up the user count to what they were entitled to with BREP. They pay the same as they were for BREP, but they get to spread the cost monthly and get dual use rights chucked in too.

We have a client who has CRM on-premises and we're trying to get to the bottom of whether the same offer applies. Does anyone know? The "From SA from VL/DPL" SKU's exist on the CSP Price List for Dynamics 365 Sales & Service, but i can't find any recent Microsoft publications providing full details on the offer. It all seems to focus on Business Central.

The most detail i can find is within this Dynamics 365 Transition Guide April 2019: https://mbs.microsoft.com/Files/partner/All_Products/PriceOrder/Licensing_Policies/MicrosoftDynamics365ExistingCustomerLicenseTransitionGuide.pdf

The crucial requirement for the Business Central Offer is that total annual CSP license costs must exceed the BREP. I can't seem to find any reference in the document above requiring a minimum purchase for CSP D365 ales, or that you will get free user licenses to make up the difference, whearas you do in the the BC offer as detailed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/announcements/2020-may#offer-details

Any help much appreciated.

We as Microsoft Partner have come across similar requirement recently, I would suggest you to check with your Microsoft Account Manager or a Technical Specialist to get more details and avoid any confusion.
