Conditions for "Multi-Select" options on Data Step

Hi all;
We've created a NEW Business Process Flow for our /Lead to Opportunity/ process and one of the data steps has the user either select /Completed/, /Not Completed/ or N/A.  How can I effectively create a condition that will force the user to enter either /Completed/ or /N/A/ for this step & throw a warning message and not allow progression of the process unless either of these two are entered?
I have the same question (1)

    Hi,

    Please set this data step to Required.

    In BPF, if this step does not have a value entered, it cannot go to the next stage and an error alert will be displayed.

    After a value is entered, the next step can be progressed.

     I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li

    1) Create a Custom Condition : In the Business Process Flow configuration, create a custom condition that checks the value selected by the user in the data step (Completed, Not Completed, N/A).

    2) Configure the Conditional Branch  : After creating the custom condition, set up a conditional branch in the Business Process Flow. This branch will be triggered when the condition is met.

    3) Display Warning Message :Within the conditional branch, you can add an action that displays a warning message to the user. This warning message should inform them that they need to select either "Completed" or "N/A" to proceed.

    4) Prevent Progression : To prevent progression of the process, you can set up the conditional branch in a way that it loops back to the same step if the user's selection is not "Completed" or "N/A". This effectively prevents the user from moving forward until they make the correct selection.
