Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding our contact DB in our Dynamics CRM (sales Enterprise).

Originally i was using the opt-in/opt-out status on Mailchimp, we are moving to another platform and we will be sending eDM from different platforms.
To ensure we stay compliant, we want to centralised and update the Subcription status of our customers on Dynamics CRM.

Do we have default Field to manage that.? I cannot find it, or i do not know how to activate this functionality.
I will prefer to avoid creating a custom Field.

You can use donotsendmm bool field to accommodate your requirement.
