Issue when Print view->Use print management in Invoice journal.

Hi All

I have two same version FO systems with same package. And, In "Print management setup" page, they have same setup for  Customer invoice.

When I print Invoice journal with View -> Copy and Original, the same layout came out. However, when I print with Use print management, they came out different layout. In above screenshot, left side environment print FO default invoice layout. Right side environment print correct layout(customized version).

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Can you check if both environments do have the same version of your customizations for the invoice report installed? What type of environments are you using for both?

    yes, they have the same version of your customizations for the invoice report installed.

    left side environment is Prod. right side environment is UAT.

    Hi JustZM,

    I'm not able to check for any differences. You can create a support ticket for Microsoft. They would probably be able to check what might be the missing part or what is the difference between your production and UAT environment.
