Hi All,
I am hopping to hear from feedback regarding Microsoft Advance Support. We have been using the support that comes with Dynamics CRM Online but found issues take longer to escalate to a technical lead and lots of following up from our part rather than from Microsoft. - So far not a good experience. Have anyone tried Microsoft Advance Support? Was the experience any better?
