Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9.0 on-premise doesn’t have support for Windows Server 2019 or SQL Server 2017, but it does have an ISO installation file.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9.1 on-premise has support for Server 2019 and SQL 2017 and later, but it does not have an ISO installation file, and it is only released as an upgrade to v9.0.
Given this conflicting information, how are we supposed to install v9.1 on Windows Server 2019 and SQL Server 2017, when there is no ISO installation file for it, and the ISO installation file that exists for v9.0 cannot be used to install on Windows Server 2019 and SQL Server 2017?
