In my dev environment the Sales Insights feature with Mail Engagement works and I can create sequences with automatic actions if the email was open and read or not. However in my production environment the Email engagement functions are grayed out
The configuration is as expected and as it works in dev environment I don't understand why it doesn't work in production. How can I debug the issue? is there any log around?
I have the same problem, Could you solve it?... Let me know.

You need to configure email engagement before you can use it.
Hi Adrian, we allready have configurated email engagement before. But, the problem continues.
