I should be able to automatically track all emails from the shared mailbox to Dynamics

Hello everyone,

New to Dynamics 365 and I've got a question with regards to routing and queues.

My questions are:

  • How do mailbox aliases align with queues?
  • For example one of my mailboxes has 4 or 5 different versions depending on the country (e.g. com.grand@, com.big, ...) 

What are the possibilities here with regards to routing incoming mails to the correct queues etcetera?
