You don't have permission to access any of the organizations in the microsoft common data service region.This is the error, i m getting.What should be done to login + what user is required to login.

Hi,
Make sure you have system admin role.
Also, delete folder from appdata then try.
You can install latest version of plugin registration tool OR use xrmtoolbox
