Hello Guys, I currently use Dynamics AX 2012.
When I was checking Sales Order I notice the explosion is not updating automatically.
In some cases, the “action” grid pops out without any information, empty, so the Sales team has to hit the “Update” button to refresh the grid and populate it. That is a problem for the company because the other team members do not see the necessary items for the Sales Order, so they do not do the material requisition.
Is there a kind of solution for this problem? Here attached an example of how it looks empty the SO.
