Error when running Foreign Currency Revaluation in AR

Hi All, we encountered this error message when running the foreign currency revaluation in Accounts Receivable:
 
CustVend Settlement Interface : Create Instance has been used incorrectly
 
We have sought help internally but nobody knows what this error is & unable to resolve it.
 
I am hoping someone who has encountered same error can advise on how to resolve this error.

    Have you deleted any customer transactions since you last performed a revaluation, and what platform update are you on?

    For me this error is new and never saw this, can you check with the developer to debug and check?
     
    Also, if that does not work, please share the screen shot of the error.
