As we know it outbound marketing in the customer journey one is able to select the days and times the emails get sent. Where are you able to do this in real-time marketing?

Hi Brad,

this will be added in October. Then you will be able to also define quiet times like bank holidays or for specifi channels. Please check the release notes for more information: Prevent messages from sending during unwanted times by setting up quiet times using Copilot | Microsoft Learn

Do you mean the functionality of the module 'schedule'?

The 'send email' action on the real-time marketing journey does not currently support this feature.

Maybe you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.

Did this function ever get added?

I am beginning my switch from Outbound Marketing to Real Time Marketing.

In Outbound Marketing - I split paths up to 6 times to be able to send bulk emails out at varying points of day/week to the different people we are marketing too, that way 5 people at the same company theoretically aren't all getting the email at same time.
