Post and Transfer on Customer payment doesn't work - Dynamics F&O

Hi,
 
I'm trying to post the customer payment in Dynamics F&O with option Post and Transfer. However system is not able to create new voucher for the error records and post the remaining. How to use this option? Is there any parameter/ setup to enable this option?

    Can you share the screen shot? 
     
    I tested to reconfirm it, it worked as usual, error line was stuck and correct lines were posted.
