Ax 2012 services not getting started. giving error?

Hello,

i know this Qquestion aksed many time but did not get my solution.

i have window server 2008 then move to window server 2012. and MS sql 2008 to MS sql 2012.

after changing this when i am starting my dynamic service giving me error.

i have restored database in SQL also. Please suggest if any one have any idea , will help me.

    As suggested in the dialog box, please get more information for this issue from System Event log.
