CRM how do we set up CRM to have it automatically set the owner of a contact that was created by someone else, to the owner of the account they are tied to. When our tech team works on a case the CRM automatically changes the owner of the account.
SO.... in the marketing module the recipient sees the technician's name as the account owner not the real account owner who we need to have in place. It is frustrating when the tech team works on a case that the account ownership appears to revert to them. Help please?
