Err: The Item does not exist. Identification fields and value : No.='60060'

Hi,

Need help. I am new in MS Dynamics NAV.

When I am using LS POS at sales, when I select an item, the error will display

"The Item does not exist. Identification fields and value: No.='60060'

The selected item actually present on our Retails Items as well as in the Items master data.

Is there another property to check/add in our Item master data? Please help.

    It is under Retail Items. where I can find in item master data if it is tagged as "service Item"? We are using MS Dynamics NAV 2013.

    We may need more information to understand the issue.

    Service Item tag can be found in "General Fast tab" of Item Card

    Hi Jiju,

    As I've verified in Item card in General tab, the item is not tagged as "Service".  Since all items have been uploaded in NAV including that item. All items working alright except for that 1 item.

    I compared all the properties of the "OK" item to the "NOT OK" item. All properties are the same, i guess there's some missing property that I need to set.

    Got the solution.

    Verify in Infocode > Infocode Assignment.

    Items should not be listed here if it is Active.
