A good afternoon,

I am starting to work with dynamics 365, we have an security role (Sales Team Member) in dynamics, I made a copy of hte security role, and added it to the user, but dynamics doesn't do the same as with 'sales team member', I went to through settings of sales team member and copy of sales team member but I don't see any differences

    Hi Koen,

    Could you help answer the following questions? This will help me to quickly understand and help you:

    1.Do you assign the copied security role to the same user? Or another user?

    2.Whether another security role has been assigned to the user？

    3.What specifically are the different manifestations that come with changing security roles? 

     can't access app? can't access one entity/table? or can't do one operations?

    4.Maybe you can try to copy the security role again, and use new to test again.

    Dear Leah already found the problem, the security role that i copied was not selected with sales team member app
