Defaulting new Unit price in Item Journal

Dear all,

I looking for your help regarding this issue in NAV.

We Just need to change the unit price of a particular Item(Fuel) and While we receive that Item in the Item Journal I need the Unit price to come by default and should not take the Unit price in the Item card. I am planning first to zero out the Inventory for the Item by Negative Adj. and Put in again in the new unit price  by positive Adj. My question here is how do I set the new unit price in NAV to come out by default whenever I receive or Issue that Item(Fuel).

    Are you talking about the "Unit Price" or "Unit Cost"?

    Hi,

    I am talking about Unit price . I need to default Unit Amount in the Item journal to specific unit price regardless of the unit cost in the Item card. Is that possible ?I am not sure how to do it.

    Hi,

    As a standard process, I don't think you can set the Unit Amount to specific "Unit Price" for all types of Entries (Purchase, Sale, Negative Adjmt. and Positive Adjmt.).
