Hi,
I'm going to run a Workflow once a field has been changed in Account-entity (e.g. Relationship type) and if this has the value equal Customer then Update a Custom field (Two Option) to Yes in related Contact for this Account.
Is this actually possible with workflow?
yes you should be able to achieve your requirements with a workflow.

It doesn't work :/
We can have many related Contact in an Account but the Primary Contact field could be still empty.
I want to run this Workflow if I have any Contact related to an specific account even the field "Primary Contact" ist empty.
In my case if I add an Account in the field "Account Name" in Contact entity, It wouldn't be automatically my Primary Contact. The field "Primary Contact" in account-Entity is still empty.
Any suggestion?
Hello,
It's not possible using OOB workflows so you will have to use Power Automate or one of custom workflow activities toolkit available - one of them is mine and you can download and use it - Bulk operations - Update Records specifically.
Does any body an Idea how it works in Power Automate?
