Using Requrement Groups with more than one Work Order Incident

per business requirement we're having usually more than one Work Order Incident per Work Order. What is the best way to still use Requirement Groups and Group Templates for those Work Orders?

As of now the system does not allow that OOB.

I have the same question (0)

As you suggest, this is not possible out of the box, today.

Consider raising an idea on Field Service for this so that the Field Service team can assess how common this need is and how much to prioritize this possibility: experience.dynamics.com/ideas

Please share details of your scenarios for this requirement as context for how this functionality should work.

As we were building out the functionality for Requirement Group uptake on a Work Order, we had a hard time envisioning the way scheduling would work for if there were many independent RGs on a single WO. We also didn't think it was likely to be a very common ask, so we scoped it for a single RG per WO.

When you raise this idea, if the need is for multiple WOIs but not multiple RGs, please be sure to share that. That would be slightly less complex, though we would still need to think it through.

If the need is for multiple RGs on a WO, please be sure to highlight that. That's a very complex request and we would really want to understand the scenarios.
