Unsubscribe count in emails not working

Hello Community, 
I am using Real time marketing and I have been able to see the amount of people who unsubscribe from the preference center in the email delivery and interaction details. This information is very relevant for us. Now I am no longer able to see when people unsibscribe. The count is at zero even though I have sent out the mail to thousands of people and I have also tested by sending the mails to my own contact. I don't understand why this count no longer works. Can anyone help me?

    I tested it myself today, and it still works. 
     
    Which compliance profile and preference center are you using? Are you using the outbound subscription center or the real-time preference center for that email?

    Thank you for testing. 
    I am using real time marketing with a compliance profile with a preference page. Also I am using real time consent center. 
     
    In the consent center I can see that the contact has opted out, but i can not see it in the email insights under unsubscribe.
