(India) SEZ and NON SEZ

Hi,

I have created one legal entity which is in India with Multiple branch address with in India. Now, some of the branches are located in SEZ. Here where should I mention which branch address is SEZ or NON SEZ.

I required this for the tax calculations wherein I have multiple transactions with respect to Sales orders and purchase orders.

Please help, bit urgent.

Hi Rajesh,

Can you confirm if SEZ stands for Special Economic Zone? What are the exact regulations in India for this? Have you searched if some information might be available in the documentation? docs.microsoft.com/.../apac-ind-gst

Hi,

Can I please know how it is currently being managed if the Legal entity is from SEZ zone as the SEZ zone option is only available on the Vendor or customers. What are the alternatives? I understand it is not covered by D365 and is out of scope but would like to know how the companies managing currently.
