Unit is not showing each when I try to move items using the mobile device in WMS

Unit is not showing each when I try to move items using the mobile device in WMS.

I'm trying to move the items from one location to anther using the mobile device and I realized that some of these items get stuck because the unit field is not showing "ea" which is the unit type for the item. it occurred randomly for random items.

anyone can help ?

    Hi Bob1986,

    Check that Unit sequence group ID assigned to the released product  (on the Warehouse tab) has at least one line created in line details. If no, then you need to complete the setup (technet.microsoft.com/.../dn553191.aspx)
