Automatically Changing Booking View in Field Service Mobile

We found issue with changing booking calendar view from Day to Month to Week for different users. Even they experience they move to different dates and weeks other than the current date or the week. All are in same timezone and almost every user's device settings are the same. We need a solution for this issue.
