We have a client that was using the historical stock status report. After the 2019 year-end update (18.2.1036), the historical stock status report no longer totals correctly by account. So, we're trying to transition them to the Historical Inventory Trial Balance (HITB.) Currently, this report is $1.6MM off from their "known" numbers as represented by the stock status report. Our goal is to reset this report so that we start fresh.
I downloaded the GP 2018 HITB reset tool, and I installed the CNK file and ran the stored procedures against the company database we're using for testing. When I try to open the screen, it returns the following errpr:
I can't seem to find anything on this error. Any help to move forward would be appreciated - the client is now flying blind when it comes to their inventory dollar values.

I did open a case on this one, because I thought it might be a bug. Desiree from Microsoft was able to send me a rebuilt .cnk file yesterday, and we were able to get it going again.

I was able to replicate this issue in my GP instance as well. Upon further investigation it appears to be a newly discovered quality issue documented as CR93197, which appears to be related to a code change in the year-end update. This issue has been reported to our development team for further investigation. I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.
