Moving few POP entries from History to OPEN

Hi,

I would like to inquire if there is a way to move the completed PO from history to open since the procedure was accidentally run by a user.

The PO status was changed by a user to cancel and then the procedure "Remove Completed Purchase Order" was run as well.

I hope there is a way to move back the PO from history to open

You would need to write SQL scripts to bring over the POP10100 and POP10110 tables. Then you would need to remove then from the POP30100 and POP30110 tables. Did any receivings occur off those POs? After moving them you will need to run IV Reconcile. You will also need to change the status of these two tables back to either new or released.

    Hi Richard,

The POs are a bit plenty, about 20 POs at minimum.

In SSMS, I just need to find the PO number in the history table and then cut it then append to the open table?

You will need to use SSMS to accomplish this plus you will need to run IV reconcile. Can you simply enter a new PO to replace this?
