Substitute Resource for Crew Not Working

We are attempting to use the Substitute Resource for a crew being scheduled. When you select a non-crew resource (i.e. resource type = user) the booking will update to be assigned to the user. However, when the new resource tries to update the booking they get an error:

Has anyone had any lucky using the functionality with a crew?

    Hi,

    It's a reference error. Can you download the log file?

    Crew scheduling depends on your crew strategy. Please refer this article.
