Archiving orders ERP Microsoft AX 2012
In my company, orders with EDI are simply archived by the service provider. It becomes cumbersome with manually entered orders, where the original mail has to be archived in Outlook and an AddIn. Isn't it also easier to archive directly in AX ? When archiving via the Add in, I have to re-enter the actual data from the order, which is a waste of time. I am grateful for every suggestion.

What EDI solution do you use in combination with AX2012?
Did you create/develop something yourself of do you make use of a 3rd party EDI software solution?

May I know what kind info you would like to store into AX2012? From my understanding, you may have 3rd party integration tool working with AX2012.
