Thanks for the feedback. My customer relies heavily on questionnaires, some of which are rather long and complex. Further, they've branches across several countries and the questionnaires may differ from one country to the other; the easiest option was to copy the questionnaire and do the needed modifications.

Hi Samer,
There is no option to copy a questionnaire.
Why do you want to copy a questionnaire? You can create a new one and use the same questionnaire components, such as the questions, answers or results group if you use.docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-learning-design-questionnaires
